Could you post a list of areas likely to have a flooding issue in each city.. our biggest problem areas
-
-
What time should we first see bad weather rolling in, Virginia Beach
-
-
Based on your best educated guess, are we looking at a direct hit in our area? I know it's not sure right now, but I'm asking for your opinion as an expierenced meteorologist
-
On a percentage scale what are the chances of Hampton roads taking a direct hit?
-
-
Is this too early as the storm still has not started moving north?

When should hurricane watches or warnings go up
-
I live in Hampton VA around NASA and I am really worried about flooding.
-
-
I saw the pie chart you did with "the big one" having tides at 8'. How far inland would that effect at the oceanfront if we do get the worst case scenaro?
-
Is hurricane Joaquin really going to be similar to hurricane Isabel? Or is that just one of the guesses?
-
When should we pack and evacuate. I'm in Virginia beach 23452. Should we leave because of flooding risks?
-
I live in Virginia Beach and have two special needs cats. The shelter listings on vbgov's website states no pets are allowed; however, my readings (on vdacs.virginia.gov) say Virginia does offer pet sheltering.
Where can I find out what shelters do accept animals?
I am concerned in the event an evacuation is ordered that I will not be able to take my animals with me. Is my only option to look at hotels outside the area impacted by the hurricane in the event of an evacuation?
Please respond. I am confused and concerned. One of my cats is special needs and simply cannot be left alone. -
If evacuation, where's best place to head? And best time to go? I'm not putting my kids at risk.

Hello,
If the hurricane really hits Hampton Roads, when would it be and should we evacuate? Thanks! -
Would you suggest evacuating if we live in the Fox Hill area? If so, when should we leave?
